The pupil premium is additional funding for publicly funded schools in England to raise the attainment of disadvantaged pupils of all abilities and to close the gaps between them and their peers.
Holly Primary is committed to helping all children achieve their potential and pupil premium is one of many contributing factors to our children’s success. Our Policy can also be found on the Policies Page.
Pupil premium is allocated towards our continued dedication to the Narrowing the Gap strategy. Working alongside school staff, the school has developed ways in which vulnerable children (FSM, SEN, LAC) are provided with additional support and an enhanced relationship with parents and carers through the use of structured conversations to move children’s learning forward both at school and at home.
